Saigon Flavours (Southwest)
Saigon Flavours is yet another Vietnamese chain serving up traditional pho and a variety of other dishes.
This meal wasn't very memorable; it was just another bowl of rare beef pho ($8.95), though I was a bit impressed that the beef was actually still red. Most places I go to give me well done beef when I order rare. But unfortunately the soup was lacking in flavour and was served warm instead of hot.
This is not the best pho I've had, but I don't think there are any competitors in the area. Personally I'd rather take the 10 minute drive to West Edmonton Mall.
