Prestons

Prestons is a restaurant located in the Coast Coal Harbour Hotel. I didn't know complimentary valet service was available, so I didn't take advantage of it. I ordered the seafood linguine ($15) for lunch, and it came with mussels, clams, prawns, scallops and pieces of salmon. It was cooked in a white wine cream sauce, and topped with shaved parmigiano cheese. It didn't look like a lot, but it was so filling that I didn't manage to finish it. The linguine looked a bit dry, so I thought it might not be well-flavoured. I was wrong, and it tasted a lot better than expected. There was also a LOT of seafood!

The food and service were both really good. I would come back if it weren't so far from where I live.
